About The Position
Integrity Rehab Group, in partnership with Tucson Orthopaedic Institute, is seeking a Physical Therapist for their outpatient service provider in Tucson, AZ. The role emphasizes providing a remarkable patient experience through coordinated, patient-centered care with a focus on comprehensive evidence-based treatment and strong relationships with physician partners. The goal is to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and a positive healing atmosphere, while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. This is a dual clinic role, with specific days assigned to different locations.
Requirements
- Current or pending PT license
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Ability to float to FIT (4001 E. Sunrise Dr) Wednesdays, 8am-5pm, and/or the East (2424 N. Wyatt Dr) and Northwest (6320 N. La Cholla) locations
- CPR certified

Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services.
- Coordinate patient-centered care with an emphasis on comprehensive evidence-based treatment.
- Build integral relationships with physician partners.
- Float to FIT (4001 E. Sunrise Dr) on Wednesdays, 8am-5pm.
- Float to the East (2424 N. Wyatt Dr) and Northwest (6320 N. La Cholla) locations.
- Participate in physician interaction opportunities, including clinic shadowing and surgery observation.
- Opportunities to become a Certified Instructor (CI) and/or a mentor.
- Participate in the Leadership Development Program.
