Requirements

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Masters degree from an accredited program
Active Physical Therapist license in North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain)
CPR/BLS certification required
Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and patient engagement skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
Compassionate, motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care

Nice To Haves

Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, Home Health, or rehabilitative physical therapy preferred

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and treatment needs through comprehensive assessments
Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans aligned with patient goals
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to promote recovery and mobility
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
