About The Position
Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for patient evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, and delivery of direct therapy to restore function and mobility.
Requirements
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
- Active state PT license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
- Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs
Responsibilities
- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate
- Develop and update treatment/discharge plans of care
- Document services accurately and timely
- Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
