About The Position

Boothby Therapy Services is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a part-time, 20-hour per week, school-based pediatric position in Kingston, NH. This role is ideal for PTs interested in pediatric therapy, school-based practice, and a flexible schedule while making a meaningful impact in students' everyday school experience. The position is for the 2026-27 school year and welcomes new graduates, experienced PTs, and retired clinicians interested in returning to practice.

Requirements

Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist license
Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent)
Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

Interest or experience in pediatrics, schools, or special education preferred
New graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

Provide school-based physical therapy services to pediatric students (K–12)
Support students in improving mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and access to their educational environment
Deliver direct therapy services, including individual and group sessions
Implement student treatment plans and IEP goals
Collaborate with special education teams, OTs, SLPs, teachers, and other school professionals
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as appropriate
Support the use of adaptive equipment and assistive technology
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
Communicate student progress with supervising therapists and educational teams
Conduct evaluations, develop plans of care, contribute to IEP development, make clinical recommendations, and provide supervision to PTAs as appropriate.
