About The Position

Therapeutic Associates Hillsboro Physical Therapy is seeking to add another Physical Therapist to their team. As a PT-owned organization, they are committed to supporting clinicians in providing the highest quality patient care through focused 1:1 patient care, realistic productivity goals, AI-supported charting, strong continuing education support, and opportunities for growth in specialty areas. The Hillsboro clinic offers a well-equipped, clinician-centered environment with private treatment rooms, a dedicated gym, and advanced tools. Care is delivered with 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups. Clinicians are encouraged to tailor their caseloads around their interests, with support for developing expertise in orthopedics, manual therapy, vestibular, or hand therapy. The team includes clinicians with advanced credentials, fostering a robust mentorship environment. Ongoing learning is supported through in-clinic mentorship, monthly staff in-services, and opportunities to build specialty niches. The clinic treats a broad outpatient orthopedic population with diverse diagnoses, ranging from general orthopedic cases to athletes, supported by strong relationships with local sports programs and community organizations.

Requirements

  • Physical Therapist license OR anticipated completion of DPT coursework and exams within 6 months.
  • Commitment to top quality patient care.
  • Eagerness to develop your skills and support your team members as they develop their skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced credentials such as OCS and COMT
  • Experience in orthopedic, manual therapy, vestibular, or hand therapy expertise

Responsibilities

  • Providing education and counseling to patient/family regarding treatments and goals, potential safety risks and/or other issues within scope of practice.
  • Evaluating physical and functional status, as well as cognitive, psychological, and perceptual ability to determine the patient’s capabilities to function (safely).
  • Documenting all evaluations, treatment, and coordination of care contacts via appropriate facility policies.
  • Independently managing own case load to maximize effectiveness of overall care plan.
  • Comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and requirements, as well as facility/agency specific policies and procedures.
  • Supporting special projects and other designated activities as assigned in support of TAI’s mission and core values.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by your leadership.
