About The Position

NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist for their outpatient orthopedic center in Manahawkin, NJ. This full-time position involves working closely with referring orthopedic physicians at the Rothman Institute, treating a diverse patient mix from pediatrics to geriatrics. The center focuses on creating an exceptional patient experience to help patients return to athletics, work, and life. NovaCare Rehabilitation is committed to nurturing the growth of its physical therapists through mentorship, continuing education, and opportunities for specialization and internal movement across their network of 1900 centers in 39 states.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE accredited school
• Valid State Physical Therapist License
• CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
