Upstream Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their team in partnership with Northwest Orthopaedic Specialists. This role is focused on providing a remarkable patient experience through coordinated, patient-centered care with an emphasis on comprehensive evidence-based treatment. The position involves building integral relationships with physician partners to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and promote a positive healing atmosphere. The work environment is described as collaborative and supportive.

Requirements

• Current or pending PT license
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
• CPR certified
