About The Position

Anderson Clinic Physical Therapy in Fairfax is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist to serve in their Brand-New Physical Therapy Clinic located at 3299 Woodburn Rd., Annandale, VA 22003. This is a phenomenal career opportunity to be part of developing an Elite Physical Therapy team.

Requirements

Doctoral and/or master’s degree in physical therapy as evidenced by a college diploma.
Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia.
Experience in Outpatient and/or Private Practice Physical Therapy.
Full understanding of State Practice Act(s) and Compliance in the state(s) assigned.
Ability to pass background check and potential drug screen.

Responsibilities

Provide efficient, quality-oriented physical therapy patient care through an individualized program, including assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, a home exercise program, education, and communication to maximize the patient's progress toward achieving functional goals.
Demonstrate superior clinical outcomes, patient customer satisfaction, and efficient management operations.
Be able to be mentored and receptive to training processes.
Create and maintain an environment that is consistent with the company’s values and objectives.
Convey a professional image and attitude.
Identify and implement components of the physical therapy process.
Communicate and collaborate with a variety of teams and individuals.
Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
