About The Position

HealthPRO Pediatrics is looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our amazing Early Intervention team in the Chambersburg, PA area! This is a W-2 position with flexible scheduling options including Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN. The role involves in-home services for children ages 0-3, focusing on Early Intervention. Therapists will work with families in the child's natural environment and collaborate with other professionals. Flexible hourly compensation is offered, with standard rates of $75/hour and higher rates for cross-county travel. Service areas include Chambersburg, Mercersburg, Shippensburg, or Waynesboro, PA, with an aim to keep visits within a 30-minute drive. Scheduling is flexible, allowing therapists to create their own schedules. Sessions are approximately 1-hour long, including therapy and documentation time on a company-provided laptop.

Requirements

Pennsylvania State PT License
Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
Must not be excluded in enrolling in Pennsylvania’s Promise System
Original Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal Background Check and FBI Clearance required

Responsibilities

Provide Physical Therapy sessions through the use of current best practices based on services defined in the child’s Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).
Work with families/caregivers in the child’s natural environment and throughout the community while supporting the families daily routines.
Collaborate with other professionals that support the child/family to aid in the achievement of outlined goals.
Maintain all documentation of service delivery required by the program. This includes session noted, quarterly progress summaries, and annual IFSP input.
