About The Position

Peak Performance Sports and Physical Therapy, an Alliance Physical Therapy Partners clinic, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join its clinician-led team in North Raleigh, North Carolina. The clinic emphasizes patient-first, relationship-driven care, with clinicians trusted and supported to deliver individualized, evidence-based treatment. The role offers mentorship, professional growth, and a clinical leadership pathway for PTs who want to advance while continuing to provide patient care. New graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist.
Commitment to patient-first, integrity-driven care.
Compassionate mindset and desire to build long-term patient relationships.
Interest in growing clinically and professionally within a supportive team.
Ability to assist patients with transfers and mobility.
Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods and use hands for treatment and documentation.
Ability to lift or move patients as needed.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
Build trusted relationships with patients through meaningful one-on-one care.
Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a respectful, team-oriented environment.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support long-term outcomes.
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources.
Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPM.
Support students or teammates through mentorship and leadership when appropriate.
Manage the schedule effectively while maintaining high-quality, patient-centered outcomes.
