As the provider of home health therapy services for Accent Care Home Health, we’re proud to be part of a strong, multidisciplinary team that brings together physical and occupational therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. Requirements
- Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program
- Active or pending state physical therapist license

Responsibilities
- Work with a diverse and engaging caseload, supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that values shared knowledge and teamwork.
- Provide home health therapy services as part of a multidisciplinary team including physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
