About The Position

We’re seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide exceptional care to our post-operative and non-operative orthopedic patients, at our Northampton office. Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy License (required)
Nice To Haves
- Experience in orthopedic outpatient rehabilitation preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, time management, and clinical skills
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to patients in a courteous, empathetic, and professional manner
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs
- Modify goals and treatment plans as needed based on patient progress
- Coordinate care efficiently, often managing two patients simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards
- Perform necessary non-direct care tasks to support the rehabilitation process
