About The Position
Symbria is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join its employee-owned team at Cantata in Brookfield, Illinois. The Physical Therapist helps patients recover from injuries and improve physical function by assessing their needs and developing personalized treatment plans. The role supports patients in regaining mobility and strength, alleviating pain, and improving quality of life. The Physical Therapist establishes appropriate goals, carries out treatment plans, and supervises Physical Therapist Assistants. As part of an interdisciplinary team, the role requires meeting productivity standards and completing required documentation while helping patients achieve outcomes and serving as a trusted partner to the community. Symbria is an employee-owned healthcare provider serving post-acute and senior living communities through Pharmacy, Rehabilitation, and Well-Being operations. Its teams use insights and analytics to support health outcomes and provide flexible service options.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
- Hold a valid state license or have a pending license if a newer graduate.
