About The Position
St. Mary’s Home Care and Hospice is seeking a full-time home care Physical Therapist serving the Athens, Georgia territory. The role provides compassionate, one-to-one care and monitoring to patients in their homes, using clinical knowledge and advanced technology. The position suits a motivated, organized, detail-oriented, technologically proficient clinician who is comfortable working autonomously. The organization’s Home Care Connect virtual care program includes remote monitoring technology and 24/7 access to Virtual Care Center registered nurses. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered, subject to eligibility restrictions: current employees, people who left employment within the past year, and candidates sourced through a third-party recruitment company are not eligible.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with progressive experience or a master’s degree.
- Licensed to practice as a physical therapist in Georgia.
- Must have a current driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from the work site.
- Must be highly motivated, detail-oriented, organized, technologically proficient, and able to work autonomously.
