About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients, collaborate with the care team, and support patients in improving mobility and independence.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in the Washington
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong communication and clinical skills
Nice To Haves
- Master’s or Doctorate preferred
- Experience with EMR systems preferred
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients within 24 hours of referral
- Develop and implement treatment plans with physician approval
- Provide therapy and monitor patient progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Communicate with physicians, nursing staff, and team members
- Supervise PTAs, aides, and students
- Participate in care planning, meetings, and discharge planning
- Educate patients and caregivers on ongoing care needs
- Recommend appropriate durable medical equipment
