About The Position

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation, Outpatient for a 13-week travel assignment in Keene, NH. This role involves evaluating patients' mobility, strength, and physical function, developing individualized treatment plans, guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, and using hands-on therapy and specialized equipment to support recovery. The therapist will monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, educate patients on injury prevention, document treatment outcomes, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals. The position guarantees 40 hours per week with a start date of 10/26/2026 and a contract duration of 13 weeks. Patients are typically adults, with evaluations and treatment sessions lasting 30-45 minutes, and the therapist treats one patient at a time. The dress code is personal scrubs or business casual, with no open-toe/back shoes. EPIC experience is required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years current Physical Therapy experience
  • Outpatient Ortho experience
  • Expro experience required
  • Active New Hampshire or Compact Physical Therapy License; NH license must be in hand at profile upload
  • Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment
  • Perm address must be included in traveler profile
  • Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification during employment
  • Effective team skills including interaction, support, and respect are required
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and reliability
  • Must be able to work independently/hit the ground running
  • Able to adapt to stressful situations quickly and effectively
  • Ability to learn and apply basic computer skills including locating and opening documents, completing forms, opening and sending e-mail messages
  • Drug screen and background check (facility required)
  • Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned
