About The Position
Join an established multidisciplinary medical practice providing evidence-based rehabilitation services for patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, work-related injuries, and motor vehicle accidents. You'll collaborate with physicians, chiropractors, nurse practitioners, occupational therapists, PTAs, and rehabilitation professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Missouri and/or Kansas PT license (or eligible)
- Excellent communication skills

- Outpatient orthopedic experience
- Workers' Compensation experience
- Functional rehabilitation/return-to-work experience
Responsibilities
- Perform physical therapy evaluations and re-evaluations
- Develop individualized plans of care
- Provide manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
- Treat orthopedic, workers' compensation, occupational medicine, and personal injury patients
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans
- Educate patients on recovery and injury prevention
- Complete accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the healthcare team
