About The Position

Work Schedule: 100% FTE, full-time. Day shift, M-F, variable shifts. You will work at the UW Health Swedish American Hospital. This position is eligible for up to $20,000 sign-on bonus. Additional components of compensation may include: Evening, night, and weekend shift differential Overtime On-call pay. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent as determined by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation).
Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure.
An applicant for employment as a physical, occupational, or speech therapists must present acceptable evidence of licensure or authorization to test at the time of employment.
An applicant who fails to provide this documentation will not be hired.
A new employee will not be allowed to work as a therapist or assistant until evidence of licensure eligibility is provided.
CPR certification.
