Shift offered: Regular visit - Full time (5 days/week) As a Physical Therapist on our team, you'll be: At the forefront of assessing and evaluating therapeutic/rehabilitative/functional status, directing physical therapy treatment, and providing crucial instruction to patients and their families on the use of therapeutic appliances. Requirements

  • An active PT license in WA State
  • A reliable car with current insurance coverage and a current driver's license
  • Experience working in a Medicare certified Home Health agency
  • Organized and self-starting to manage caseload/scheduling independently
  • Prior home health experience
  • A current PT license
  • A reliable vehicle
  • An excellent driving record
  • Auto insurance

Responsibilities

  • Assessing and evaluating therapeutic/rehabilitative/functional status
  • Directing physical therapy treatment
  • Providing crucial instruction to patients and their families on the use of therapeutic appliances
  • See no more than 5 patients a day
  • 1-on-1 care only; no Group Therapy sessions
