About The Position

Agape Pediatric Therapy is a therapist-owned, locally run pediatric clinic in Richland, WA, offering occupational, physical, speech, and feeding therapy for children of all ages and conditions. They are seeking a new graduate or experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join their team, with full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities available. They provide training, mentorship, and support for those new to pediatrics who are passionate about helping children and families. Requirements

• Must hold a current Washington state Physical Therapy license.
• Out of state or a new grad not yet licensed must be willing to obtain WA PT license.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat
• Develop and train caregivers in home program
• Maintain patient confidentiality
• Document clearly and concisely
• Collaborate across disciplines
• Attend team meetings
• Manage time efficiently and follow schedule
• Maintain active WA state licensure and complete all required CEUs
• Support clinic culture and mission
