About The Position
Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join their therapy team in Oshkosh. This role is best suited for a clinician who is confident in navigating complex patient presentations, fast-paced transitions of care, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The Physical Therapist will have the opportunity to practice at the top of their license while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple levels of care. The role involves providing meaningful, functional therapy that helps seniors maintain independence and quality of life within a collaborative, mission-driven interdisciplinary team. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
- Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin or applicable state to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Willingness to serve as a supervisor for a physical therapist assistant.
