About The Position
FOX Rehabilitation is a growing practice seeking top-caliber Physical Therapists to join their team in Johns Creek and surrounding locations in Georgia. They are the pioneers of Geriatric House Calls™, providing 1:1 physical therapy services to older adults in their communities to abolish ageism and drive rewarding patient outcomes. The role offers clinically-excellent autonomous interventions and the flexibility to create, control, and alter treatment schedules. Therapists will be part of an interdisciplinary team focused on functional outcomes.
Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
