Requirements

  • Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program
  • Active or pending state physical therapist license

Responsibilities

  • Treat musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions, including non-surgical and post-operative care, joint, spine, and sport-specific rehabilitation.
  • Provide specialty care for patients with pelvic health dysfunction, neurological conditions, dizziness, and balance disorders.
  • Focus on continuity of care by ensuring patients work with the same therapist or therapy team throughout their plan of care.
  • Utilize advanced documentation technology to focus on patient care and reduce paperwork.
  • Participate in in-person team-based learning sessions for didactic work and skill acquisition.
  • Engage in co-treatment with experienced PTs.
  • Manage a graduated caseload ramp-up time.
  • Maintain caseload diversity and identify areas of growth potential.
  • Review and discuss "components of a successful note" from Prediction Health.
  • Receive regular checkpoints, communication, and guidance through professional challenges.
  • Complete online WebPT Tutorials.
  • Participate in education and review of effective billing practices.
  • Complete front office tutorials.
  • Engage in mentoring with owners of J&H reviewing mission/values.
