About The Position

Duly Health and Care in Joliet is seeking a Physical Therapist committed to empowering health, elevating care, and working alongside a team that is shaping what outpatient rehabilitation and healthcare can be. This role is part of Duly’s continued expansion of our rehabilitation services. As more patients choose Duly for coordinated, outpatient care, we are adding new physical therapy positions to support timely access, manageable caseloads, and a positive work environment for our therapists. This growth allows our clinicians to focus on what matters most – delivering thoughtful, patient-centered care. At Duly Health and Care, Physical Therapists practice at the top of their license while building meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and collaborating providers. You’ll have the autonomy to deliver thoughtful, personalized care, backed by an empowering team and strong internal referral network. Requirements

  • Degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculum.
  • Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice including completion of appropriate coursework from an accredited university.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside experienced PTs, Ots, PTAs, physicians, and advanced practice providers in a collaborative, team-based environment
  • Care for patients in a schedule designed to prioritize quality over volume, including: 60-minute initial evaluations, 30-minute follow-up visits, no pressure to double-book, and built-in documentation time
  • Maintain a predictable full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, with two evenings per week until 7 PM, with the last patient scheduled at 6 PM
