Atlantic Health System is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team in our New Providence facility. The schedule for this position is 7am-2pm T/Th, 10am-7pm M/W, and F 7am-3p. Requirements

Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey
Current BLS certification

Nice To Haves

Experience in outpatient physical therapy
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and fellow rehab team members
Communicate with patients and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care
Support various appointment types and adapt care plans as needed
Patient evaluation, establishing plans of care and treatment programs
Providing interventions
Providing patient and family education
Documenting interventions, and billing appropriately
Supports Lead Clinicians in competency development and implementation
Participates in the orientation of new staff members
Serves as a clinical instructor for students
Exercises independent judgement of moderately complex cases and with minimal to no supervision
