About The Position

This is a full-time Physical Therapist position in Acute Care at High Point Medical Center. The role involves providing comprehensive patient care, including assessments, treatment plans, and supervision of support staff. The therapist will be responsible for accurate documentation, meeting productivity standards, and participating in process improvement initiatives. The position also involves promoting professional development and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. The role requires adherence to hospital and departmental policies and procedures, and ensuring age-appropriate patient care.

Requirements

• B.S., M.S., or D.P.T degree from accredited physical therapy school.
• Current licensure in the state of applicable state
• CPR certification in Basic Life Support, Level C.

• Maintains patient records in a systematic order.
• Ensures that documentation is legible.
