This role involves providing skilled visits that address the full scope of a patient's needs in their home, helping them overcome challenges and make meaningful progress in their daily life and recovery. Requirements
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state in which you are applying.
- Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing.
- Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check.
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of physical therapist experience is preferred.
- Home health and OASIS experience preferred.
