Requirements
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Nice To Haves
- Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient physical conditions through initial and ongoing assessments to design customized care plans that restore mobility, manage pain and rebuild functional independence.
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions tailored to each individual's needs, driving optimal recovery and safe physical outcomes.
- Collaborate with patients, family members and multidisciplinary care teams to establish personalized treatment goals, provide clear education and support smooth care transitions.
- Guide physical therapy assistants, students and support personnel to ensure consistent clinical quality, high safety standards and strong team alignment.
