About The Position
As a Physical Therapist serving the Safford, AZ area, you will be a trusted partner throughout each patient’s plan of care. Your focus will be on restoring mobility, ensuring safety in the home, and helping patients achieve their highest level of function. You’ll enhance quality of life through promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation, working under a physician-directed plan of care and collaborating closely with patients and caregivers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Arizona Physical Therapist license
- Minimum 1 year of experience (home health preferred)
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of therapy practices
- Ability to work with diverse patient populations with empathy and professionalism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to continued learning and growth
