About The Position

A full-time Physical Therapist position is available in Lee’s Summit, MO for a clinician interested in outpatient orthopedic and musculoskeletal care. Requirements

Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Missouri licensure
New graduates are welcome to apply
Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to work with patients across a broad age range and variety of conditions

Nice To Haves

Outpatient orthopedic experience is helpful, but not required

Responsibilities

Perform initial evaluations and ongoing reassessments
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, diagnosis, and functional goals
Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions using appropriate physical therapy interventions
Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, balance activities, mobility work, and functional rehabilitation
Educate patients on home exercise programs, activity modification, and safe movement strategies
Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care when appropriate
Complete accurate documentation in WebPT
Coordinate with PTAs and other clinical team members to support continuity of care
