About The Position
Progressive Physical Therapy in Palmdale, CA is looking for a driven and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our close-knit, outpatient orthopedic team. We pride ourselves on our family-like culture and loyal patient following, and we’re seeking someone who shares our strong work ethic and passion for excellent care. In this role, you ensure great patient treatment and outcomes, while also guiding and overseeing our dedicated PTA's. We are thrilled with our new AI documentation software. It literally cuts your documentation time by 90%, giving you more time to treat your patients. All of our PT's receive daily productivity bonuses which often add up to around an extra $1300/month. Requirements
- Physical Therapist licensure in good standing, or the ability to obtain state licensure.
- AHA BLS required
- Must successfully complete all pre-employment standards.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate comprehensive clinical knowledge and acceptable performance in all aspects of the patient/client encounter.
- Comply with all regulatory guidance including but not limited to HIPAA, Medicare rules and billing and coding guidance.
- Communicate effectively with patients/clients, the public and all members of the healthcare team.
