About The Position

Power Health Colorado is growing and is looking for a Physical Therapist (DPT) to join their multidisciplinary injury care practice. The practice focuses on providing high-quality rehabilitation for patients, with a team that includes physicians, PAs, PTs, PTAs, chiropractors, massage therapists, and case managers working collaboratively under one roof. This role is ideal for both new graduates seeking mentorship and experienced clinicians looking to contribute to a team that prioritizes outcomes and effective rehabilitation.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
• Active Colorado license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication skills with patients and team
• Willingness to learn (if new) or help lead (if experienced)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients primarily with musculoskeletal pathology
• Build individualized treatment plans that make sense clinically
• Collaborate with medical providers as part of a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and improve patient care
• Guide patients through recovery from acute injuries to full function
• Maintain clear, defensible documentation
• Be part of a team that prioritizes outcomes, communication, and doing rehabilitation right
