About The Position

Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a patient-centered Physical Therapist to join their team. This role involves delivering evaluations and personalized treatment across a full continuum of care within a vibrant, on-site campus. The position offers the opportunity to expand clinical expertise and build lasting relationships with residents, with dedicated onboarding and strong documentation support. The caseload focuses on 1:1 direct patient care, with no outside travel required. The role offers a predictable weekday schedule with occasional weekend rotation, making it an excellent environment for new graduates or PTs who enjoy continuity of care. Requirements

Active Virginia Physical Therapy license
Current CPR certification
Ability to document services accurately and on time

Nice To Haves

Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.
Familiarity with Medicare documentation preferred.
