About The Position

Requirements

Current license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
Enjoy working in geriatrics.
Current Physical Therapy license.

Responsibilities

Provide rehabilitation and wellness services to patients within a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC).
Treat patients across a diverse continuum of care, including Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, On-campus Home Health, and Outpatient settings.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide the best patient care.
