About The Position

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation is hiring multiple full-time Physical Therapists for their outpatient therapy teams in the Texas Hill Country / Highland Lakes region. Opportunities are available in Kingsland, Marble Falls, and Burnet, TX. Each clinic offers a strong patient base, supportive team culture, and the opportunity to serve a close-knit community. The role involves completing timely and accurate documentation, interpreting assessment and diagnostic data, ensuring accurate processing of medical orders, promoting continuous quality improvement, and educating patients and families. The surrounding area is described as scenic with lakes, water sports, hiking trails, wineries, breweries, and small-town squares.

Requirements

Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required.

Experience with Casamba (web-based) and Therapy Source
Experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings

Responsibilities

Complete timely and accurate documentation using Casamba (web-based) and Therapy Source
Interpret assessment and diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
Ensure accurate transcription and processing of medical orders
Promote continuous quality improvement within the clinic
Educate, instruct, and counsel patients and families as needed
