Requirements

Graduation from an accredited program in Physical Therapy
New Jersey Physical Therapy License

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Treat orthopedic, musculoskeletal, post-surgical, and chronic pain conditions
Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation programs
Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and wellness strategies
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
Deliver exceptional patient care and create a positive treatment experience
