Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy - Tigard is an outpatient clinic looking for a part-time Physical Therapist to join our innovative team. As a PT-owned organization, we are committed to supporting clinicians to provide the highest quality patient care. This means focused 1:1 patient care, realistic productivity goals, AI-supported charting to help shift more time back to patient interaction, strong con-ed support, and room to deepen or expand specialty areas. The clinic is co-located with a primary care practice, which shapes referral relationships and the kind of whole-patient context that's hard to find in a standalone outpatient setting. This is a clinic built for learning, with case-based conversation, quarterly check-ins, and hands-on skills development as part of the culture. Multiple clinicians here have completed the Therapeutic Associates Residency program, and the team is genuinely open to supporting whatever specialty direction you want to take. The caseload is intentionally broad, including post-op, sports, chronic pain, MVA/WC, vestibular, concussion, and TMD, giving clinicians strong exposure across presentations and sharpening clinical reasoning. We believe in investing in our employees and their future, offering structured career paths with unparalleled training and support to help you reach your full potential. Therapeutic Associates endorses entrepreneurial spirit in every employee. The PT Cohort is a two-year program designed to connect, develop, and elevate our physical therapists, offering collaborative learning, curated mentorship, and a roadmap unique to your career path.
