Independence Rehab is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join their rehab team at Splendido at Rancho Vistoso in Oro Valley, AZ. This is a therapist-led environment specializing in geriatric care facilities. The role involves performing evaluations, delivering patient-centered treatment, designing and adjusting care plans, and collaborating with facility staff. Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible) in the state of Arizona
- Strong communication skills

Nice To Haves
- Prior SNF or geriatric care experience
Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations and deliver patient-centered treatment for geriatric residents
- Design and adjust care plans to ensure the highest level of clinical outcomes
- Collaborate with facility staff and IDT members to support overall patient care
- Supervise at least one PTA, offering guidance, support, and mentorship
