Requirements

License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state (Virginia).
Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Eagerness to grow & learn.
Team player.

Nice To Haves

Experience with ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool).
Interest in mentorship, residency education, specialty programs, leadership, non-clinical roles, or future clinic ownership.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekdays, weekday evenings, and weekends.
