Requirements
- Current license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
- Enjoy working in geriatrics.
- Current Physical Therapy license.

Responsibilities
- Provide rehabilitation and wellness services.
- Treat patients across the continuum of care within a CCRC setting.
