About The Position

We are looking for a Physical Therapist to support patients recovering from injuries, surgery, pain, and movement limitations. This role gives you time to assess each patient properly, build a clear care plan, and guide treatment with a one-on-one approach.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Physical Therapist license in Washington
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Strong assessment and patient communication skills

Responsibilities

• Complete patient evaluations and functional assessments
• Create treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and manual therapy
• Track patient progress and update care plans as needed
• Teach patients safe movement and home exercise programs
• Document visits, progress notes, and treatment updates
• Communicate with the care team when needed
