About The Position

This is a full-time, 100% FTE position for a Physical (Outpatient) (Level I) Therapist in Rehab Therapy. The role is based at UW Health Swedish American Hospital and operates on a day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, with variable shifts. The position is eligible for a sign-on bonus and may include additional compensation components such as evening, night, and weekend shift differentials, overtime, and on-call pay. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent as determined by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation).
Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and complete mandatory CEUs.
Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure.
CPR certification.
