Requirements

Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
Master's degree in Physical Therapy
Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
Qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy

Assess patient needs
Develop patient recovery plans
Deliver physical therapy
Design a program that will restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities
Train patients and caregivers on the skills they need to promote independence and productivity
