About The Position
Join Our Clinical Team! We are a locally owned and operated home health agency with over 20 years of experience. As a Physical Therapist (PT) PRN, you will render 1-on-1 treatment in the comfort of the patient’s home.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy or related field
- One (1) year working in a home health setting is required
- Active PT license in Virginia
- Valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- Experience with HCHB EMR is preferred
Responsibilities
- Render 1-on-1 treatment in the comfort of the patient’s home.
