About The Position
Assisted Rehab, Inc. is hiring per-diem Physical Therapists. They are a privately owned, premier on-site geriatric focused rehabilitation company in Maryland. They partner with CCRCs, hospitals, and senior communities to provide skilled and outpatient therapy. This role involves providing on-site therapy services to a geriatric population in both skilled and outpatient settings. They welcome both recent graduates and experienced therapists and provide all necessary training.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Maryland (Or soon to be licensed!)
- Active CPR certification
- Passion for patient-centered care
- Strong evaluation and clinical reasoning skills
- Ability to build rapport with patients and work effectively on a team
Responsibilities
- Perform physical therapy evaluations and create individualized plans of care
- Deliver skilled therapy services that improve mobility, function, safety, and independence
- Track progress, update treatment plans, and clearly communicate patient status
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
- Collaborate with therapy team members and other healthcare professionals
- Help create a rehab program that patients, families, and facilities trust
