About The Position

As a Physical Therapist at Peak Performance Physical Therapy, you will conduct thorough patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans. You will provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy sessions focused on orthopedic rehab, post-surgical rehabilitation, balance and fall prevention, and strength/conditioning. You will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients of all ages. You will document treatment progress accurately and efficiently. You will also participate in community wellness initiatives, patient education, and outreach programs, and collaborate closely with a supportive team of PTs, PTAs, techs, and administrative staff.

Requirements

• Current Michigan Physical Therapist License – New Grads Welcome!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for patient-centered care and commitment to continuous learning
• Interest or experience in outpatient orthopedics, post-surgical rehab, fall prevention, strength training
