About The Position

InHome Therapy is hiring multiple full-time and part-time licensed home care Physical Therapists (PT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, and Lake Worth. This role offers a flexible schedule, consistent caseload, and a supportive team environment. The position involves delivering in-home physical therapy services, evaluating patient mobility, strength, and function, implementing rehabilitation programs, educating patients and families, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Active physical therapy (PT) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards
