Requirements

• New Jersey Physical Therapist license required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy and EMR experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patients, then develop individualized rehabilitation goals and treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based patient care across outpatient orthopedic and rehabilitation populations.
• Communicate with Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, Occupational Therapists, and other providers to support quality patient care.
• Complete notes thoroughly and in a timely manner to maintain collaborative care across disciplines.
• Participate in monthly meetings to identify challenges, improve clinic operations, and achieve clinic goals.
• Support clinical excellence through continuing education and company initiatives focused on patient outcomes.
