About The Position
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide outpatient rehabilitation services in a full-time role. You will evaluate patient needs, plan treatment, and help people regain movement and confidence after injury, surgery, or ongoing physical challenges. This position is ideal for a clinician who values patient education and steady follow-through.
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Physical Therapist license in Washington
- Strong assessment and patient communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assess mobility, strength, balance, pain, and functional ability
- Build individualized plans of care
- Provide exercise instruction and hands-on treatment
- Review progress and make clinical adjustments
- Support patients with home programs and realistic goals
- Maintain complete clinical records
- Coordinate with providers or team members when appropriate
