About The Position
A private outpatient clinic in Tampa is adding a Physical Therapist to the team. The role focuses on evaluating patient needs, creating practical treatment plans, and helping individuals regain strength, movement, and independence after injury, surgery, or ongoing physical limitations. This is a full-time position with a steady schedule, and a care model designed around focused visits.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
- Strong communication and treatment planning skills
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred
- New graduates with strong clinical rotations may be considered
Responsibilities
- Assess patient function, range of motion, strength, and mobility
- Create personalized therapy plans based on clinical findings
- Provide skilled treatment through exercise instruction and manual therapy
- Monitor progress and update plans as patients meet goals
- Educate patients on recovery expectations and home care routines
- Keep documentation complete and compliant
